1. Booking Cancellations

YogaCracker.com is a yoga aggregator platform. All courses, retreats, classes, and events are offered by independent third-party providers. Cancellation and refund policies for bookings are governed by each provider.

Before booking, always check the specific cancellation terms mentioned on the service page.

2. Cancellation Scenarios

  • User-Initiated Cancellation:
    You may cancel your booking as per the policy of the service provider. Early cancellations (e.g., 30+ days before the start date) may be eligible for partial or full refund depending on provider terms.

  • Provider-Initiated Cancellation:
    If a course or event is cancelled by the provider, a full refund will be processed, or an alternative option will be offered.

3. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To cancel a booking or request a refund:

  • Email us at support@yogacracker.com with your Booking ID, name, and reason for cancellation.
  • Our team will coordinate with the service provider and respond within 2–3 business days.

📦 For Physical Products (Yoga Accessories, Wellness Items, Spiritual Tools)

4. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The item was received in damaged, defective, or incorrect. (Mail us in 24 hours with your Order ID, issue description and a clear un-cut unboxing video with shipping label as proof.)
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 24 Hours of delivery

Non-returnable items include:

  • Rudraksha, Shaligrams, energized items, and custom products (unless damaged)
  • Products labeled “non-returnable” on the product page

5. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@yogacracker.com in 24 hours with your Order ID, issue description and a clear un-cut unboxing video with shipping label as proof.
  2. Our team will verify and respond within 24 Hours
  3. Once approved, return shipping details will be shared.

6. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • For returns due to personal reasons, you are responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed after:

  • Approval from the provider (for bookings), or
  • Verification of returned product (for physical goods)

Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

8. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the timeline:

  • Check your bank account or contact your payment provider
  • If still unresolved, contact us at support@yogacracker.com
